The following aerial routes are available for use by aeroplanes of Governments signatory to the International Aerial Commission of Paris: Julfa-Tabriz-Zinjan-Kasvin-Teheran (Stations at Julfa, Tabriz, Kasvin and Teheran) Enzeli-Menjil-Kasvin-Teheran (Stations at Enzeli, Kasvin and Teheran) Askhabad-Bajgiran-Ghuchan-(Meshed)-Sabzevar-Shahrud-Semnan-Teheran (Stations at Bajgiran, Meshed, Shahrud and Teheran) Bandar Bushire-Shiraz-Ispahan-Qum-Teheran (Stations at Bushire, Shiraz, Ispahan and Teheran) Bandar Bushire-Bundar Abbas-Bundar Charbar (Station at Charbar) Bundar Abbas-South of Lake Bakhtakan-Shiraz (Stations at Bundar Abbas and Shiraz) Bundar Abbas-Kerman-Birjand-Turbat-i-Haidari-Meshed (Stations at Kerman, Birjand and Meshed) Avachegh-Koi-Tabriz (Stations at Avachegh and Tabriz) Qasr-i-Shirin-Kermanshah-Hamadan-Kasvin-Teheran (Stations at Qasr-i-Shirin, Kermanshah, Hamadan, Kasvin and Teheran) Special permission has to be sought in each case, and neither military, customs nor police aeroplanes will be permitted to enter Persia by any route without the express permission of the Ministry of War.
